When you call, we answer, or do our best to return your call as soon as possible. You will have a direct line to us at all times so any questions that may arise will be answered. We stress safety with our employees, that includes a written Safety Program, with regular safety meetings.
We carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind. This means if by chance, we damage your property or someone injures themselves you are not liable for the damages, everything is covered by us and our insurance company. Many lawn service companies do not carry these insurances and they put their customers at risk, we at Michael's Turf & Landscaping, Inc. want our customers to feel protected while we service their property.
We are dependable
We show up when we say we are. When scheduled, we will cut your lawn the same day of the week and approximately the same time of day, weather permitting all season.By following this schedule you know when we will be on your property. If on occasion it conflicts with your schedule we will change your appointment. Also, we have backup equipment in the event any of our trucks, mowers or other equipment develop problems we have replacements.
